Great customer service! I needed a product quickly, so I was cringing at how much it was going to cost to three-day ship it to my house. But a friendly representative called me up and said that I lived in a zip code that would normally get three day shipping anyway, so I should just choose free shipping instead. Wonderful!

They shipped my part the same day even though my order was not placed until afternoon. I received my part the next day ( I don't live too far away, and they are an online only store). This is the place where I will always order parts thru. Let's face it, parts for modern wheelchairs are very expensive, I have had bad experiences with other Portland area companies, I trust DME hub, and I look forward too doing business with them again.
