The reason I gave only 3 stars is the way they packaged my wheelchair tires. The bent them over and zip tied them together and then wrapped a thin plastic sheeting for the shipping container around the folded tires. Remind, they have a metal band around each edge that gets bent also. Every other company I bought tires from had cardboard box for shipping.

Forgot to order the parts the first time. Then when they finally got to the order, it took 4 or 5 days still just to even start the shipping process. I need those wheelchair parts or I would have just cancelled.
