I was hesitant about ordering at first especially when my first order I ordered something and it didn’t fit my chair but the friendly and helpful staff talked me threw how to return the item and helped me get the correct parts I needed the only thing I hated was having to pay to return the parts That did not fit my chair especially because I’m on disability so I only get so much money but I was able to figure something out thank god
