They were very helpful. I took off one star because I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. That was the only way I found out that my parts were back ordered. They offered to substitute a higher quality part for no extra charge, which was really great. But then I had to call several times to find out if they had been shipped. The website estimates 3 to 5 business days to receive parts. Mine finally arrived 1 1/2 weeks after ordering - 8 business days. Other than me having to chase them for info and then the delays, they were very good. I will absolutely order from them in the future.
