I'm sorry for the rating, but actually I had no other chance ... I ordered some Spinergy-Parts to Germany, as stated in the shop DME ships international. Paypal payment was proceeded without a problem, but I never got any contact - no order confirmation, no info about shipping estimate. I mailed several times, never got an answer. Paypal had to jump in and solved the case. Two start just for the fast reaction when PayPal got in action. Sad, I had liked to do some more business "across the lake" in the future ...

Best price. Fast shipping. What's not to like?

Excellent service and very honest service

Ordered some axle kits, a leg strap and some retaining rings. The axle kit and retaining rings were just what I needed for some repairs to my TiLite wheelchair. The leg strap is not awful, but it could be made better. A previous strap I had had velcro across the middle of the entire belt so that it could be tightened to any tightness necessary and made it very hard to just pull off with random mishaps. This strap only has velcro at the point of where the strap comes around to connect to the other velcro making it easy for a stray foot to catch it and pull it off. It's made of good material and fits my chair like it should, but the velcro thing is a game breaker for me.
