After stumbling around the Web trying to be sure I had found the correct replacement for my husband's inflatable wheelchair cushion - and at a competitive price - I called the number listed on the DMEHub website. Reached a very helpful customer service person very quickly. He had a "can do" attitude - as well as being knowledgeable about the product I was seeking. He took time to answer all my questions and give thoughtful advice. The Roho Quad cushion that I ordered shipped free and arrived within a couple of days. Next time I face a medical equipment purchase decision, I would skip Amazon and all the others and start with DMEHub.
