I ordered some upgraded parts for my Ti Lite chair, I didn't know that some of the parts I ordered were not compatible with my older chair. DME Hub technical staff called me, we talked about what I wanted to do, they helped me decide the best parts to purchase to upgrade my chair, corrected my order, and shipped the parts that evening. The cost of my revised order was less than I started with, so I saved a little money, but most of all they saved me from ordering incorrect parts that I would have had to return which would have further delayed fixing my chair. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

The help I got from David was very helpful, although I haven't received my cushion yet. He was very apologetic for the prior mix up I r received from another employee.

Not a single person I dealt with took anything I was saying seriously and took far too much effort on my part to deal with issues I’ve had with products. This whole industry is very broken and there’s not one person that cares enough to change my outlook on that.

Great service, and the wheelchair is fantastic. Dave was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me in modifying an older wheelchair with mountain tires so I can use it for camping. Works great!
