When I ordered a replacement cover for my cushion, the website didn't show all possible fabrics to choose from so I didn't realize that there were other fabrics available until I received my order. I called customer service and explained what happened and they sent me a return label and sent me the cover in the fabric I wanted. I hope they corrected their website.
