I needed a part for my tilite chair. You guys had the record from my serial number which is no longer visible on my chair So you are a lifesaver. Excellent customer service and communication about the part being made and expected timeline for shipment. My previous order was over a year and a half ago and everything arrived in that order as well appropriately and on time. I would highly recommend DME hub.
