Thank you Dave the grip bar work great for my wheelchair.

Tyler is pretty lame. He doesn't want to share any info, if he has any, to inform customers about products. One example, I once called the line on the website for "supracor specialist" to ask about specifics of particular models and ended up connected with Tyler. He didn't know much (even as much as the website could inform me) of the cushion. He just talked about them in general, didn't know most technical terms, and kept telling me he isn't qualified to recommend a cushion giving me "the answer most people don't want" that the best cushion is unique to people and required trial and error. As if that isn't common knowledge. Instead of answering any questions I had. Dave is usually really helpful and has helped me numerous times. At least if he can't answer one question, as there is a ton of information about all products available for one person to know all about, he will say so and help me find the answer or direct me to someone who can. He's been able to get parts warrantied before that are even out of their warranty period. Clearly cares more about the consumer. Is the reason I still shop DMEHub. Shipping and all that are good. Dave has even gone above and beyond to help me do things you would probably expect are out of the scope of DMEHub's customer service.

The person who assisted me was super helpful and I was able to get exactly what I needed even after noticing the website didn't have the exact measurements. Shipping was fast.

Good service. Seemed to take a bit longer to arrive, but that could be fault of the mail service. Will continue to use DME Hub.
