In addition he prepared it to be picked up by the USPS and included the tracking number. Three days after my order was made it was delivered. Just as I was getting prepared to leave town, I broke one of the wheel locks on my chair. I really appreciate their helping me make sure I had exactly the right part before I left on a five day road trip!

After some initial confusion, Tyler and team really stepped up and even advanced shipped some parts to me at their expense. Good vendor to work with for those who DIY their repairs own their wheelchairs and need parts.

Website is easy to navigate, found what I needed in seconds, several ways to pay, Item arrived well packed and well ahead of schedule! I will buy from them again!
