great service and quality products at fair prices

The service was good so far but can’t really say anymore at this point as I haven’t received my order yet!

I have gone through several stainless steel rear wheel quick-release pins for my quickie 3 wheelchair, which tends to bend slightly after several months. These titanium pins are quite pricy but will be well worth the cost if they prove to hold up over time. They were easy to order and I received them as scheduled.

Their web site was fairly easy to navigate, their pricing was a little less than the competition and delivery was quick and complete. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

The process of transacting my purchase was handled expeditiously, every element. Communication was excellent, shipping was accomplished hastily and my purchase items were exactly what I expected they should be. I am completely satisfied with my experience with DME Hub. George B.
