It was my first time using DME Hub. I made a mistake in my order and someone from the company reached out to double check the quanity amount was correct. I then reached out to them by phone and spoke with Dave and he fixed my order on the spot. Transaction went smoothly. He said the order would take a week and then shipping would take a week on top of that. The order actually took 48 hours and I received the items within a week. Will definitely do business with again! Thank you!

The hand grips are great being that they have screws to tighten. Great idea!!!!!

Always right always good

My item took a long time to get in stock from the supplier, but DME Hub kept in touch with me and explained some of the things that were slowing things down, and when the item finally did arrive to them, they shipped it out the same day. So even though it was long, I felt in good hands.

Orders are correct and they offer options to not buy all the pieces of a part even though you don't need them. Most other retailers don't offer that option, you must buy all the pieces. This makes their prices very reasonable. Al

The customer service has been exceptional and they were readily available to answer my questions. The products were well priced and delivered in a timely manner.
