These guys are 10/10 for customer service. More than once, I was going to order parts that were wrong for my chair. They would contact me to confirm/revise the order. I’ll buy from no one else!!

With all the dealings I have done with them so far they are great I’ve had good service prompt service just ordered a new chair from them and we’ll see how long it takes him to get it to me but as everything else I have ever dealt with them with a twin great
