This is my second time ordering parts for my wheelchair, and I’m very satisfied with the customer service that David has been serving me with, he’s very helpful in every way…I get exactly what I ordered, and is shipped in a timely manner, he also helps me find what I’m looking for. I would definitely recommend this store and I will continue looking forward to do business with them. Thank you David

Thanks so much! Customer Service seems to be dying in America, but not when doing business with you!

You would think you would want a review after I received my order. I ordered a wheelchair cushion on 4/7 and it hasn't shipped. I called and was told there's a delay. Which is fine but you would think to wait until I get my order to send out any request for a review.

It took a few days to hear back originally, but the order proceeded well. They were easy to talk to and kept me informed via email well. It’s nice to have a West Coast option with DME
