DkoldiesReviews of dkoldies.com

This was my 1st time ordering from DKOldies. First, their website is simple to navigate (find products, prices, descriptions, etc), which right of the back was a huge plus. I find their prices on the majority of games they sell to be on par or cheaper than other sites. There were some that were a bit higher ($1-$3), but the free shipping more than made up for that. (Free shipping on orders over $25 was another huge plus. Who wants to be spending $ on shipping when that cost could go to purchasing more games?) Their selection is huge as well. After ordering I called with a question (after business hours). They were quick to get back to me and very polite on the phone. My order arrived 6 days after it was placed...again keeping in mind that I ordered online, Friday, after business hours, and still received my order really fast! The games were in great condition for their age. There was only some minor scratches on the labels, and one had some sticker residue which was fine with me and to be expected on games that old. All the games worked 100% and I couldn't be more satisfied. In summation: Easy website, great selection, good pricing, free shipping over $25, fast shipping, solid friendly customer service, and products that come as promised. I am glad to finally find a place I can trust to order my games and accessories from. I would highly recommend DKOldies, and will be placing many more orders.

I received a defective Game Boy cartridge, and contacted DK Oldies customer service. Chris, in customer service explained how to troubleshoot the cartridge and after it was apparent that the cartridge was not powering up, Chris gave me specific instructions on how to send the defective cartridge back for a replacement. I have purchased many products through DK Oldies, and this was the first occurrence for me to receive a defective product. DK Oldies customer service remedied the situation quickly and sent me a new cartridge. Their customer satisfaction and service are really, second to none!

Fantastic customer service and fair pricing! Would most definitely use Dkoldies again

Ordering was easy and game arrived in great working condition.

Games arrived quickly and were in working order. I've been playing them for weeks with not a single issue. I really appreciated that dkoldies is a google trusted store, as that is why I ultimately decided to buy the games from the site.

I ordered the Nintendo NES and Mario Bros. 1-3 combo for my husband, and we are both having a blast playing the games from our childhood. I'm so thrilled to have found a site that carries these systems! Thank you!

The system and games work great!! We have A 120 day guarantee if it doesn't work for some reason we can call or email them. We are very happy with DK Oldies and will order from them again.

I will never buy from Dkoldies ever again. They sent me a broken controller. I asked for them to replace it and send a working controller. They wanted me to ship the broken controller back for them to test and said they would replace it after they tested it. Shipping the controller back to them would cost me more than a new controller plus several weeks of waiting. If you want to receive your goods in working order I would suggest you order from someone else. With Dkoldies it is your responsibility to test the merchandise after you have paid for it. If it doesn't work it's your responsibility to pay and send it back to them. I made a big mistake giving them my business. I'll be ordering from one of the many competitors if I need new games or accessories for the NES.
