Find another buyer
I can confirm some of the negative reviews about their misleading practices. They initially give a high estimate, such as $ 150- $ 300, but after you send your items, they return a drastically lower quote of $79 and present it as a take-it-or-leave-it offer. When I asked why the quote changed, they didn't try to justify it. I didn’t even bother asking for my items back because, from the reviews, I learned they don’t return your belongings even if you agree to pay a $25 fee. I would do some serious research and find another buyer or just post it on Marketplace or eBay.

Hi David, We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. Our initial quotes are based on the condition customers describe before sending their items in, and final offers are determined after inspection and testing. In your case, both Game Boy Color systems had screen damage, and the PSP had several significant issues, including a missing battery, cracked shell, broken game door, and an inability to read games. These issues substantially affect the value of the systems and explain the difference between your initial quote and final offer. We understand the disappointment, but we cannot offer working-condition prices for systems received with significant damage or functionality issues. Our revised offer reflected the condition of the items we actually received. We explicitly mentioned this in our responses through our email trail multiple times, did you not receive said emails? If so, I recommend reaching out and asking for them to send the emails again. - DK
