I've sold lots of stuff to DK Oldies. I wish I would have come across them a long time ago. They give fair prices, pay for shipping if you send in $100 worth of more, and then send you a check or store credit. If you buy from them, they have a 120 day warranty. You're not going to find a warranty that long from anyone else. I wouldn't hesitate buying or selling from them. I will continue to do business with them in the future. Super friendly, respond to emails quickly, and give fair prices. Couldn't ask for more.

Issue 1 - One game was missing from the order Issue 2 - Charged $46.00 for $32 postage when inquired about this they said that was standard shipping and handling. Then said there was duty and taxes but there was none because they lowered the declared value of the package to under $20 Issue 3 -worst looking batch of games I have ever ordered some missing top labels others look like they were pulled out of the lake. They just lost a potentially good customer. There are much better online game sellers out there.

Initially I couldn't get the NES system to work with any game. After I sent it back for an exchange, Scott assured me he would make the situation right. The second system also had issues, but Scott offered to send out a Retron 5 at no cost to compare the units vs the individual games. I hooked up the Retron and a few of the games were dead, but I deep cleaned the NES system and got it to work with a handful of games. Overall, Scott definitely made the situation right, even though I decided to send back the Retron with the games that didn't work. He refunded me appropriately.

I have sold a lot of games to this company and I have received quick payment every single time. They respond quickly to my emails, are very knowledgeable about the video games they sell, and are very friendly. Thank you guys. -Elizabeth

I sold many games and systems to this company. The transaction was very smooth and quick. I received the check just a few days after they received the package. I had many questions for them, and they responded to most of my email inquiries very quickly as well and I felt that they were forthright and honest in all of the conversations. They paid more for my merchandise than any other company out there and I felt like it was a fair deal. The only issue I had was that they didn't respond quickly enough to one inquiry regarding what they would offer me for certain PS1 and PS2 games, and if I had known what they would give me I probably wouldn't have sold them. HOWEVER, I guess that's my fault for sending them items without receiving a quote first. Overall, a great experience with a reputable company! 5 stars!

ordered several games 2 arrived damaged and one just doesn't work right. tried to request an exchange and they just ignored me.

Not much to say, I only bought a small bag of nes screws. However, it was one of the few places I found them, they werent even on ebay! Seems to have a good variety of great retro items, both for restoring and playing classic games. Quick shipping, professional communication, no problems at all! Thanks again!
