DkoldiesReviews of dkoldies.com

I was a skeptic , and so I read the reviews, and saw they had been around a number of years. I got a quote for my SNES and games that was 3 times the amount offered at friends sale. I sent it out with the prepaid shipping label. In about a week it was received and I had my check also. It was fast. Don't hesitate to sell your retro game systems, and games to a business you can trust. SINCERELY, DIANNA

I made a simple order for one gaming system. The incorrect gaming system arrived. I contacted the support team in order to correct the mistake. I was told to ship it back and the order would be corrected. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs. They said I'd receive credit on my Dkoldies account. In other words, it would be credit that will be used at Dkoldies. It didn't make sense for me to still pay for their company's shipping mistake. Also, it seemed like their clever way to obtain future business. I had no problem with communicating with the support team. The 3 stars are strictly for an absolutely avoidable shipping mistake and an inconvenient exchange policy.

got hooked up with extremeG, Turok, KI Gold, and quest64. they came through to the TDot good prices too. all games work like a charm. Quest64 cartridge picture slightly torn but doesn't matter. cheers guys!

My order arrived sooner than expected and in very good condition. I appreciated the great service. Thanks.

We have sold several games with DK Oldies. It is kind of scary to send away your games, hoping that everything is on the up-and-up, and I can tell you that DK Oldies is. You WILL get the money that is coming to you! Also, when I have had questions, they are very quick to answer them via e-mail.

I purchased 4 controllers first. Three out of four were extremely good controllers!! I bought one more to replace the one and it did not work, but after a very civil email convo with Rob he has agreed to send me a replacement which has impressed me greatly. Thankyou DK Oldies!!

I've made two orders so far and have been extremely happy both times. I just ordered two SNES and two NES games and chose free shipping and the games arrived extremely fast and in excellent condition. My first order was a NES game and while it arrived making a rattling sound (classic issue- when you move it around you hear a little piece or something loose and rattling) it works perfectly fine and Rob was very nice and quick to respond and offered to receive the game back and fix the rattle for free or issue a store credit. Since the game works I took the credit. The prices seem to be in line with and usually a little better than the other online companies and they offer an incredible 120 day warranty. That's four months!... a third of a year! And unlike some of those other companies DKOldies does NOT put inventory stickers on their games. I hope to make many more orders from them and would definitely recommend them for the purchasing of NES and SNES games. Very awesome!

Ordered a gaming system and had to cancel the order. It had not shipped yet. Called Rob and emailed Scott. No problem reaching them and both were very professional. Order was cancelled and my money was refunded to my credit card immediately.
