So far I’ve not had a problem. I’m hoping once the economy goes back to normal, I can give a better review. The customer service is efficient and answered all my questions.

Quick to set up, easy to get involved, the website is laid-out well and informative. Not a bad way to experiment with a small minimum investment REIT as I did and a good way to learn and educate yourself. I have had a ROTH IRA for awhile, but I wanted a secondary project to start looking into such as real-estate but without needing to be an approved accredited investor. Worth a look for the small startup investment unless you wish to add more, you can such as I plan to do in time.

Found the process quite confusing. Also not seeing anywhere near the 10-18% return just yet. Not clear as to why I can't add to my original position. Only able to start new 5 year positions.

Hi Chris! Thanks for your review. We would love to hear more about your experience so that we can use your valuable feedback to deliver an even better experience next time. Please reach out to [email protected] with any further comments or suggestions you wish to share. As for the returns, keep in mind that your first dividend is prorated based on the number of days you were invested for the month, it looks like your investment cleared escrow near the end of the month so were only invested a couple of days. Your next dividend should be a bit higher. Another thing to point out is that the dividends will start to increase over time as we finalize the renovation of the properties and start to increase rents. Keep in mind that the dividend is only a part of your return, and does not factor in the appreciation of the assets. Feel free to email [email protected] with any questions or concerns, we are happy to help! Thanks again! DiversyFund Team

I am beyond thrilled to have discovered your group; DiversityFund! Although my initial investment amount is small, the dividend amount in less than two months blew me away! Thank you for offering an investment option that makes me feel smart instead of confused.
