I invested in REIT in 2020 and I have suffered a significant loss. With the ongoing lawsuit, concerns about unpaid debts and repeated payout delays, I may have to wait several more years to recover my money. It's a good thing I am with CVE CAPITAL CORP now. They are much more consistent with the service and never deny my payout.

Invested in late 2018 was told my money will be returned in 2 to 5 years. They keep extending it when they was only supposed to have a one time one to two year extension. When I ask about it last year, they said in December 2025 they was liquidating start paying out. I have been constantly lied to you about this. I would give negative stars if I could.

A bunch of liars I regret that I invested my money. Gonna be 6 years since I invested my money. Still no return. invested $3500 Over 6 years my dividend is $93.2.

Think twice before investing here because it's impossible to withdraw after you deposit. It's obvious they are only designed to steal from their users. I will never stop using Vine Hash. Their services are great and to withdraw is easy and fast.

The pattern is undeniable: no dividends, no communication, no liquidity, no accountability. DiversyFund behaves exactly like a real‑estate crowdfunding scam — taking money, vanishing behind canned statements, and hoping investors eventually give up. The internet is flooded with identical complaints, and DiversyFund responds with the same empty, copy‑and‑paste replies that explain nothing and resolve nothing. Their refusal to provide updates or honor their own timeline is not just unprofessional — it is financial misconduct. I want my funds returned immediately. DiversyFund has proven itself to be an absolute scam, the worst investment I have ever made, and a company that should not be trusted by anyone.

They do not respond because they lost all investors money there broke ho ck out there recently files with the. S.e.c. pay out in 2027 never going to happen. 🤨and the worst part is we can't even sue them because there is no money to get.😤yup unfortunately all of us investors are fixing too take it up the back door on this junk sad very dirty business they should be never allowed too manage a lemonade stand .🫡😌

I invested in diverse fund in 2021 I have since received 1 distribution of a measly $5.00 this is by far the absolute worst company to invest in because one they do not produce, #2 it take a minimum of 2 days for them to respond to you. I’m thankful for giving minimal funds to test this out. They say all properties are great res ts are increasing etc etc. if that is the case where is all the mo why going because they now have shut down the investment portal.
