I always was interested to invest on a real state and when I saw that this company that was involved on commercial real state properties then I choose to give it a try. I would like for them to drop the minimum amount of investment to $100.00 from $500.00. I think that it is easier for middle class income workers and low class income workers to bring up to the table $100.00 than $500.00. What I would like to know is the following; how much penalty I will have to pay to the IRS if I decide to remove my investment? what is the % that the IRS is going to apply me if I decide to quit investing?

It would be nice if diversyfund could show the appreciation the same way fundrise does. Right now all I see is the dividends I get each month. I guess I'll have to wait the full 5 years to see that. No?

My purchase was very easy . The transaction occurred when scheduled and everything was explained to me fully. I receive updates and, emails and statements at regularly scheduled times. Great for beginners like myself just getting started in investing. The only down side is that the return is extremely low at this time. I'll hang in and see if it increases. The app is responsive but it could have a link that gives a personal look at properties and projections of growth in those particular properties.
