Hi there Jeana! Thanks for your review! The investment term is approximately five years. The REIT is not open-ended, meaning it won't go on indefinitely. It goes through a cycle of acquiring assets, renovating, increasing rents, and then selling the assets. The five-year term allows us to go through this process. Since we are executing a growth strategy to maximize returns offering an early withdrawal actually impedes your investment goals and returns. Therefore, to protect the growth of all our investors' wealth there are no premature withdrawals. It would be like trying to sell your fix and flip prior to fixing or renovating the property.
