Pretty good. could offer a higher dividend % though. my first dividend was only 3.3%

Keep in mind that your first dividend is always prorated based on the number of days you were invested for the month. It looks like your investment cleared escrow near the end of the month so you were only invested a few days which is why your dividend is on the lower side. Another thing to point out is that the dividend does not reflect the total return of your investment, only the cash-flow from incoming rents, it does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that happens over an extended period of time. Your total return on your investment will be comprised of your Dividends and any Capital Appreciation realized at the time of sale. Thanks again The DiversyFund Team

So far it is 4 stars, however I have not seen the end payout yet. I am a little worried about the fact that I noticed that the company appears to actually take a much larger portion of profits than even a standard hedge fund.

Our interests are aligned with the investors' interests. At DiversyFund, we are vertically integrated and do everything in house, we basically eliminate the middle man and middle man fees (broker fees, management fee, etc.). This means we actually own all of the real estate assets that are being purchased as opposed to other platforms that simply raise funds for other 3rd party projects. We are fully invested in our projects and oversee everything from start to finish. This allows us to have a no-fee platform and provide our investors with more transparency. Really too early to tell. I've had my investment for one and a half months and the dividend I received is equal to a yearly rate of 1.3%. Like I said its too early to tell and this request to review should've been given 1 year after I initially signed up not after 1.5 months.
