Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry if we did not clearly explain the process prior to your investment and we hope we can clarify your expectation. Investing in a private REIT is different from other experiences you may have with typical exchange-traded investments. The Growth REIT's strategy is designed to build wealth over an approximate 5-year timeline and the performance is based on implementing the fund’s complete value-add cycle. The REIT was launched about a year ago and is still in the ramping up phase acquiring properties. Once properties are acquired, we move into the execution of the value-add plans (renovations, releasing, etc.) which increases the value of the entire portfolio. Your current returns only reflect cash-flow from existing incoming rents, and does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that will happen over the fund’s growth cycle. Throughout the fund’s investment term, we are continuously working to provide best-in-class management of the portfolio so we can deliver great results to our investors when we get to term. We understand that this is a new way of investing for many of our customers who haven’t had the opportunity to participate in private investments like these in the past. Hello Horacio, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We strive to provide full transparency in the investments that we offer and understand that our platform is not for everyone. The DiversyFund Growth REIT is illiquid, like most private real estate investments. Investors cannot withdraw funds before the end of the investment term. Therefore, we always recommend making sure you have other liquid funds at hand in case of an emergency. With real estate, time is key and allows the properties to appreciate which ultimately means a better result for investors.
