I gave Diversyfund $2500.00 because I wanted to get money into a REIT. After the initial investment on the second day I checked the link I had saved to my favorites and all looked good. At the end of the month I went back to my saved favorite link and was put into my email address. I thought I had been scammed so I went to the bank and closed my account because they had my bank info and I did not want to be cleaned out. Meanwhile I went on line to Diversyfund and explained my problem. They responded by explaining that the money is put in an escrow account for 5 days before being deposited in their account. After finding out what happened I reopened my account at the Bank and have been following my account with Diversyfund. I was thrown a curve when I could not retrieve the original Diversyfund link. They should have more continuity with the links they provide as I thought I had lost my money. Luckily things worked out. I am satisfied with my decision to go with Diversyfund other than the start up.

Weak investment return.
Response from DiversyFundMay 27, 2021
Hello Johnny, We are sorry if we did not clearly explain the process prior to your investment and we hope we can clarify your expectation. Investing in a private REIT is different from other experiences you may have with typical exchange-traded investments. The Growth REIT's strategy is designed to build wealth over an approximate 5-year timeline and the performance is based on implementing the fund’s complete value-add cycle. The REIT was launched about a year ago and is still in the ramping up phase acquiring properties. Once properties are acquired, we move into the execution of the value-add plans (renovations, releasing, etc.) which increases the value of the entire portfolio. Your current returns only reflect cash-flow from existing incoming rents, and does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that will happen over the fund’s growth cycle. Throughout the fund’s investment term, we are continuously working to provide best-in-class management of the portfolio so we can deliver great results to our investors when we get to term. We understand that this is a new way of investing for many of our customers who haven’t had the opportunity to participate in private investments like these in the past. Our goal is to make the process as easy and clear as possible. We very much appreciate your feedback and will be using it to improve our investment experience. Please reach out to [email protected] with any further questions. Best, The DiversyFund Team

I have no idea or any way to access the money I have invested. I want to close this account, but I don't know how?! And the program doesn't show you how it is done!
Response from DiversyFundMay 27, 2021
Hi Benjamin, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We strive to provide full transparency in the investments that we offer and understand that our platform is not for everyone. The DiversyFund Growth REIT is illiquid, like most private real estate investments. Investors cannot withdraw funds before the end of the investment term. Therefore, we always recommend making sure you have other liquid funds at hand in case of an emergency. With real estate, time is key and allows the properties to appreciate which ultimately means a better result for investors. If you have any questions at all, please email us at [email protected] and our Customer Support Team will gladly assist you! Thanks again! The DiversyFund Team

Although the process to invest is an easy one, I’d like to see a little more info on monthly dividends and a more interactive interface for the app. I give DiversyFund 5 stars overall.
