Easy and quick

System is OK just a little clunky. Front end offered two choices and then when i get to the purchase option only one option is offered.

Quick and efficient, enabling me to book insurance for the short time I am traveling

I recently chose Dive Assure for trip insurance for a vacation in July 2022. Purchasing is easy. They will take your payment but they will not settle a claim. My Father became critically ill the day before my departure and I was unable to take the trip. I have emailed multiple documents to get my claim settled including medical statements. Each time I sent a document they asked for another document. I drew the line when they asked for my Father's personal medical history! I will never do business with them again. I have purchased Dive Assure scuba insurance (travel and diving) several times in the past and have been very satisfied. I purchased a new policy today. Took about 10 minutes. Wow. Quick and easy.

Online application was cumbersome to use.

Have used the company for a number of years. Easy to use online and good value for money. Not had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that aspect of the business.
