I had a very good experience with Dista. I ordered from the UK for the package to be sent to USA as a gift to a family member. I didn't see a gift option, so I emailed after ordering to see if they could put a note in for me saying happy birthday. It took a day for a response which by that time it said the delivery had gone out already but they made it a priority to make sure the note was with the package. As it was being sent from India, it took about 4 days to deliver and my auntie just messaged to say she received the package with the note and the sweets were delicious. Was very happy.

I am very very disappointed with their customer service. I was informed that I was not supposed to pay custom duty or any other charges except the price of the product. After receiving the delivery I got an invoice from fedex to pay custom duty. I informed distacart immediately and 10 more times after that. Every time I get one reply that they are looking into it. I am getting notices from fedex to pay the charges but why should i pay something i am not supposed to. Now Fedex has transferred this matter to a collection agency and I am afraid it is going to affect my credit store as well. I might have to pay for this now but I am definitely filing a complaint against them. This was my first order with them and I am not using their services again for sure and also I will not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered Triphala tablets from them. Good product with sufficient expiry date period and fast shipping as promised. Would buy from them again.

Truly amazing experience with distacart. The way they handle each customer with efficiency it's great.During this pandemic others dont commit about delivery time these guys are far ahead in that. looking forward to do more shopping great work kiran (CEO) and team. Keep it up.

Awesome service, cheaper prices than the locally available in UK. Good range of all Ayurvedic and homeopathy medicines from ( Dabur, Patanjali, Kottakal,Himalaya and many more). Have ordered 2 times. both orders dispatched on Thursday and i have it with me on Monday by DHL express service in United Kingdom. We can also request/suggest them for items which are not available on their site. They will happily find it and send the item. Keep up the good service.
