I am very disappointed with the service as it’s almost a month and I still not received my parcel and no idea when I am going to get it.I suggest if you really need any stuff don’t go for Distacart as it may take weeks or months or may be you won’t even get it.

"Amazing good service! I was hesitant to order because of possible duties, but I made the order because of the surprising low price of the high quality product. When the delivery postman said I had to pay duties I thought 'you see, I should have listened to my gut feeling'. So I refused the package at first. I called Distacart to complain about the situation and to my surprise the nice lady said 'mail us the receipt and we will refund you the duties straight away'. So I called the mail-order company, who delivered the package again the next day. And within a week Distacart had refunded the duties. Really amazing :-)"
