Ordered a few items from them, and they quoted a high (and an all inclusive price). When the items were to be delivered, we got a huge customs bill (which was roughly 60% of the amount we paid for the goods). After promising to “take care of it” from their “happy” team, it’s been 4 days and DHL is hounding me to pay taxes!! Update: the team from Distacart promptly paid the customs duties, thanks for the great follow up :)

I made two orders with Distacart. The order to Calgary, AB was very quick and the packaging was great. My apprehension about late delivery has quickly gone due to very quick response to my queries. I was able to track the deliverable and inform the receiver of the package. The CEO Kiran personally takes care of his customers and see that they are satisfied.
