I am happy with the purchase as they arrived on time and was easy to track aswell. The product are good and I definitely recommend Distacart to everyone. Product arrive at your door step without any hassel. Great service too. Thank you. Will order again soon.

This was my first time buying through Distacart. There were no problems with the ordering/payment system and my products arrived (in Australia) as ordered. Despite the postal delays due to Covid within Australia, and probably overseas, the delivery time was good too. Received prompt followup from Distacart CEO Kiran, so if anything had not gone well, I assume it would have been taken care of. Will happily use Distacart to re-order in the future and based on this experience, would recommend Distacart to others.

I love the spiced tea and Distacart was very efficient when the carrier wanted to charge me for freight or customs. Distacart solved the problem and I didn't have to pay anything!"

Within 5days received my Just Herbs products to Malaysia. Received in good condition( new batch as requested). No issues at custom clearance (relevant doc's were attached together with the parcel). Awesome customer experience, ease of placing orders and follow ups all the way thru. Thanks for your exceptional customer service experience - I would not hesitate recommending your services to my friends and family.

Serious site, original product, fast delivery. DHL charged me an additional cost, Distacart reimbursed me. I recommend.
