I am very happy with the Dista team and their service. And, I wish I could say the same about the seller/person who packed my order of these ground chekkalu for shipping. In the shipment I received were two rectangular boxes (hard stuff), five small bottles (part of the same order), and four 250gms packets of chekkalu, all awkwardly crammed into one small box. The person, while packing these in, has considered neither the fragility of some of the items nor the distance they needed to travel safely - it's like packing cake, flowers and wine together in the same box. After a SOS to the customer service, the cost of the damaged items was refunded, but the disappointment remains. Nonetheless, here's a sincere shout out to Hifzaan Sharieff and Kiran K for their support and care.
