Recently I have purchased 2 products from Distacart and I had a very good experience with them. I even had some queries, which was replied with in minutes. Moreover, the package was excellent and product was safely delivered. Even though I was away from home during delivery, it was kept safely in proper place and a note was kept in the letter box. I would recommend Distacart, to everyone especially if you are away from India and you need Indian products urgently. Thanks Distacart for your amazing service

Goods came quickly and well packed but DHL tried to extract customs duties which I refused. Distacart said they had sorted the problem but I have received a DHL bill for customs duties. They reply stupidly to me and have not produced documents to show they have paid these customs duties. So an order of €55 has turned into a charge of over €28 euros EXTRA. Too expensive to do business with them again.
