On my last order, I was looking for a Jovees product, which they didn’t currently stock, so I contacted customer service to enquire as to whether they could get this brand in for me. I received an immediate reply to confirm that they have sourced the product and it would now be available to order on their website - now that’s what I call “going above and beyond” for their customers.
