Great! 5 Star plus! Fast, complete, perfectly packed! Wow! Thank you from Germany! For a long time I had been looking for the biotique basil and parsley soap (and some other items) for a reasonable price. I knew it from visits in India but could not get it in Germany. When looking on the internet, this time I saw the site of Distacart (which I had never heard of before). I did not know what to think about it, but finally I decided to give them a try. I even paid in advance and after only 8 days or so my package arrived at my home. Everything I ordered arrived perfectly packed (even a monsoon rain would not have harmed it); fluids were extra wrapped, so if these would have leaked (which they didn’t) it could not harm the other items. I am really impressed (which is why I write this long feedback). Last but not least I want to thank Kiran for keeping me updated via several emails until today. This was really a full service shopping experience. If for any reason you want this review in German, I will be happy to give it to you. Just let me know. With the import of goods to the EU in general, and in my case ayurvedic herbal medicines, it is sometimes challenging concerning the customs clearance. Delays can occur, or unexpected taxes added, but the great thing about shopping at Distacart is if any inconvenience is met, my experience is that, they always jump on it and have solved each situation to great satisfaction.
