Never deliver on time..they say delivery in 8-9 days but they take months to deliver.

I have been shopping with Distacart for quite sometime. Happy with their service and the variety of products they sell. The company is genuine and reliable. If the product is not available they are prompt in refunding amount. The team makes every effort to provide substitute (if any) and if it is approved by the buyer. I think I have experienced plenty to believe in their service. Once my parcel got lost but Distacart followed up with the courier and refunded the amount as delivery could not be made. The other time their team also took care of custom clearance in the UK when my package was on hold. I am really happy I found them. Have reffered them to friends in other countries too. Would highly recommended others to shop with them too.

I am very happy with the service provided by Distacart. It was the first time I used their service and I got an email confirming the purchase and providing useful information regarding delivery times and mentioning that I shouldn't pay any additional fee, as it was the case. Thanks to this service I could get important products at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend it.

It was a pleasure ordering through Distacart! Like many, I was hesitant to order from from anywhere outside of South Africa, but I can confidently say that Distacart exceeded my expectations. I experienced a problem at customs and Distacart stayed true to their word. I had to pay a custom fee which Distacart immediately refunded me for. This company is legit and their customer service is beyond excellent!
