I am a Holistic Medical practitioner buying their products for several months. They sent their previous orders on time and they were responsible. But later the products they sent me stuck at the Canadian customs and they were telling 100s of stories to for a month without reship or refund my money. At last I had to dispute them and get the money back. This online shop is not recommended for the buyers in Canada or overseas. It may be okay for India or any other Asian country. Full of fraud. Prompt delivery and great customer service! For the first time I am seeing a business which is customer focussed and not just profit oriented. All through the process of shipment and post delivery the customer service team was spot on with their services. At every point of the transit of the items I was notified regarding the status of the shipment. I had an item (food item) in the shipment that was rejected entry by the border force for which they gave me a refund too. I can recommend them well enough to anyone. Great going….
