DO NOT use distacart if you dont want to pay return fees
I have done a few purchases with Distacart and was very happy with their services and products. Looks like their return policy has changed now and they charge you for the returns. DO NOT use if you don't want to pay to return fees.

Product marked as delivered but not found!
I've ordered medicines in Distacart. They had emailed and messaged me that the product is delivered. But I couldn't find the product in front of my door. Customer care is just trying to convince me that it is delivered, like sending me a blur picture of a product and asking me to confirm that it is my door step!! How funny?? If anyone knows any way to raise complaint regarding this, please let me know. So far a very frustrating experience.
