Just like every other time I've ordered from Dista, I'm always surprised all over again at how fast and smooth the process is. Everything is exactly as I wanted and imagined. I'm definitely not going to stop at just this one order from Dista. I'm sooo grateful that this company exists and that it offers this service. It makes it so much easier to order products that aren't available in my country.

I had a really positive experience with Dista. The whole process, from placing the order through to delivery, was smooth and straightforward. The products arrived well packaged, in excellent condition, and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for. What I particularly appreciate is the wide range of authentic Indian products available, making it so much easier to find products that can otherwise be difficult to get locally. Communication was also good, and my order arrived within the expected timeframe. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service, product quality and reliability. I would definitely recommend Dista to anyone looking for genuine Indian products and a hassle-free shopping experience. I’ll certainly be ordering again!

After waiting one week, they told me that they didn't have the product and wanted to switch it to a larger size. After another week, I told them okay. They said that they would investigate and get back to me, but they never did. The only time that they ever responded to me was when I reached out to them. I did supposedly receive an email from their Founder, I responded to him but he never responded to my email. Finally, I was told that my product was shipping. To this day, I have no idea as to what was shipped. The claim that the package was delivered with picture proof; however, I never received the package. I emailed twice and basically they told me that since the package was delivered, there was nothing else that they would do. This was the 1st time using Distacart and it was all around a terrible experience. I'm thinking it must be a fraudulent online marketplace. I wasted over $90 USD on my order which I never got and no response from Dista.

The service is impeccable.. always before given time..products reach in good condition....I hope they continue doing well...I always trust Dista....
