Perfect bubble wrap packaging! I loved the little plastic box to keep the Pickles safe. Now I use it to keep all my Adomos cream I got! Until next time.

Distacart, you seriously need to vet your vendors better. I recently ordered food items from your platform, including Chakkalu and pickles from Godavi Vantillu, and the experience was terrible. The product photos you display are completely misleading. What we received looked nothing like the pictures and tasted even worse. The Chakkalu were bland, stale, and honestly inedible. It felt like I just threw my money away. For the prices you charge, this kind of quality is unacceptable. If you don't clean up your vendor list and start delivering what you promise, I’m done ordering from you. Expensive and low quality is a losing combination... fix it.

Hi Raghu Ameer, We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon reviewing the order details the product was recently manufacturer and the seller has dispatched same. Exclusively, the brand itself controls the quality and products our fulfillment partner or Dista has no control over it. However, as a good will gesture we have initiated the refund from our end. You will be receiving your refund to your original payment method with in 7-10 business days Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +1-855-25-34782 so we can check for the best resolution for you. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!
