Was a little skeptical at first as I had never heard about Distacart before, but I must say Distacart was very prompt and reliable. The package arrived in under a week and the glass bottles were bubble wrapped - done very professionally. Would highly recommend Distacart.

Why you didn't mentioned on website the whole process of delivery? Why you hide the dispatch time? You mentioned there that "we will deliver with in 5-7 business days" even that i ask you before the place of order. Disgusting.I submitted my exact location many times and mentioned my address as well. I requested to deliver at that address. So please follow up and must deliver on that address please. I can't receive or collect from any location. You said, I apologized i apologized, what is this, you were responsible for delivery but i collected from almost 80km. I struggled too much for this. Before the order i confirmed you that can you deliver at door step? With exact location link and you said we will provide you at doorstep but you fail and apologized.another think you spent almost 20 days for delivery.
