By far the worst company I have had to deal with. They kept insisting I ordered a powder I did not order. Then they wouldn't give me refund. Its was only after I threatened to blast them on social media that they finally replied and gave me my refund, then another order was placed without my knowledge. Same things happened again.
Response from Distacart.comOct 2, 2025
Hi Kitty Gill, We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. After reviewing your order, we found that the order was placed on August 31, 2025, from your end. Our team fulfilled and shipped the order, but due to new U.S. tariffs on shipments from India, your initial shipment was held up in customs at your destination. As a gesture of apology, we have reshipped your order at no additional cost. Additionally, we received your refund request on September 21 and initiated the refund within 24 hours. Upon checking, we verified that no second order was placed. If you do not wish to keep the reshipped order, you may discard it. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 if you need any further assistance, and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!
