Hi Dibyendu Meher, We are sorry for this inconvenience. Upon checking the details, we see that the order was initially stuck in customs for more than the expected time, due to the ongoing tariffs issue. Hence, the seller has reshipped the order with high priority. We understand this can be frustrating. But this was a rare scenario where we could not get the clearance as quick as we have estimated. But we are glad that we could assist you with the reshipment of the order. Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 for any further clarification, and we will be happy to help you. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!
