Pathetic service. I ordered 3 products from Distacart. Just because they mentioned that I will get my products before Diwali. After placing the order I got an email that my package will be delivered between oct 22-oct 24. I placed the order on October 3 but still no one has helped me from their team. There is no update. They keep delaying it by asking for more time. They never reached out to me on their own and even if I reach out then they respond after hours with no solution. This is a scam. They never fulfil there promise. This has happened before as well and I had to cancel the order. Don’t buy anything from this app and waste your money.
