I have placed an order on sunday in express shipping which is supposed to be shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days, already 2nd business day started in India it still says processing for shipment, i am definitely not sure if it will be delivered by friday as they dont deliver on saturdays and sundays. No resposne after reaching out to them too

I want to share my positive experience with the Distacart Customer Care Team. As a senior citizen in Canada, I have interacted with many service teams, and I believe Distacart provides some of the best service I've encountered. There were some challenges with packing, and a few liquid products leaked during shipment. However, when I raised these concerns, Distacart quickly arranged a replacement shipment because the original products were unavailable.
