Worst customer service and incompetent team that work here. Products ordered were suppose to be delivered prior to 10/20 that’s why I ordered them. Paid additional in shipping to ensure if got here on time. Trying to contact the team zero response. Received 1/2 product. Only to find out from DHL address listed on second product was incorrect. Not sure who typed the address but the street info was missing. It’s Friday end of business and zero chance I would get my second product on time. If I could give a negative ratings I would. I am never using this company again and going to make sure everyone I know won’t either.
