The company is doing a great job. The products are coming very quickly, in front of the door, very well packed they are completely intact when they come. I always get what I order, no mistakes.

Well-packed to prevent jar breakage. Rich, earthy flavor that makes it superior to other honey. if there were recipes using this honey available, that would be helpful.

Had some issue with the first delivery which i complaint and without any hesitation I got a second delivery for free. Good customer service

I placed my order for a specific product and four others to be eligible for free shipment. Then I was told that the article I placed the order for was not available. Then I was told that another product had short expiry date and asked me if I would still take it. By the time I could have answered, I was told, that the second product was not available at all. And the other turned up miraculously after I had told them to cancel the whole order and reimburse my money. THAT THEY TOOK IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSING MY ORDER!!! I do not think that this is a serious company. Or they have no understanding whatsoever about the ways we do business in Western Europe. The guy who is doing the correspondence as part of the "happiness team" (which is a blasphemy) claims to be the "CEO". Which is even more pathetic. I am NEVER EVER going to order from this company again.
