Reliable Website, Authentic Product
I would highly recommend Distacart.com for purchasing products from India. The website is easy to navigate, the checkout process was seamless using a credit card. The products were authentic, well packaged and delivered in 5 days.

Some hiccups but otherwise no major complaints
On the whole I have no complaints. On one recent delivery I got notified by DHL that I had to pay customs duties. I brought it to the attention of Distacart and they took care of it but I should not have needed to do this since these import duties are supposed to be prepaid in advance.. On this same shipment my apartment number was omitted despite it being on my profile so I had to call DHL and update the address. Again, this should not have been necessary.
