I placed an order that was lost in transit. After contacting Distacart, they agreed to replace it and acknowledged that it should be fast-tracked. However, no effort was actually made to expedite the replacement, despite the delay being entirely their responsibility. As a result, it still took over two weeks to receive the replacement, bringing the total wait time to nearly five weeks. Overall, the handling of the issue was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

Everything was good

I have had Gotu Kola from other suppliers but never looking sp fresh and without additives. I am still getting used tothe taste and quantity to use. I expect to give this 5 stars in due course. Delivery was forecast precisely and delivered correctly.
