Packages always well wrapped, never had any of the products damaged even glass bottled items. Makes sure all of the products have an expiry date way into the future, have not noticed this attention to detail with any other company yet. The dista team communication is excellent.

The item in question was removed and the rest of the order shipped. Customer Service does a good job, but website should not sell items out of stock.
